16 dancers perform but two more are leaving. Starting out with a group hip hop performance by Nick Florez and RJ Durell. Last week Team Stage barely won the night with 50.5% of the votes. Neck and neck. Derek injured himself and isn't allowed to perform this week. If he makes it through tonight he'll automatically be in danger next week. Tonight we get to learn a little more about the dancers.

In Danger: JJ, Derek, Ariana, Asaf, Kate, Marissa.

JaJa (Street & engaged to another dancer) & Hailee (Stage & not a natural blonde) - Contemporary - Ray Leeper - Hot damn, JaJa! Sorry, Hailee, I'm sure you were fantastic, but JaJa stole it with her rolling hips.

Neptune (Street & has a daughter) & Alexia (Stage & has a blind toy poodle)- Hip Hop - Dave Scott- Picture insane asylum twerking and that pretty much describes this dance. Not that it wasn't good but it had a lot of hip gyrating.

Derek (Stage & adopted) & JJ (Street & loves a top knot) - Argentine Tango - Miriam and Leonardo - Derek sprained the muscle next to his spine so Leonardo is stepping in to dance with JJ. Not a whole lot of chemistry but pretty good for a street dancer, for sure. JJ has decent flexibility but maybe not the best posture.

Ariana (Street & wants to be a special effects makeup artist) & Jim (Stage & loves bubble baths) - Contemporary - Sean Cheesman - This piece is meant to describe the battle of depression but could easily be interpreted as a tumultuous relationship drama. Ariana did a fantastic job alongside Jim... beautiful legs.

Virgil (Street & has a jazz band) & Gaby (Street & wants to be a chef but can't cook) - Jazz - Al Blackstone - Gaby nails everything she tries and Virgil is such a joy to watch. The best personality and expression. Very cute "New York" number.

Asaf (Street & loves donuts and peanut butter) & Kate (Stage & almost kidnapped at 4yo by a serial killer)- Jazz - Sean Cheesman - In the package before the dance we see Asaf throwing Kate around and she is fearful. During the routine, however, it's not as much about the lifts as it is about Asaf not really being limber and feeling the dance. A little awkward to watch, but the judges didn't feel quite as harsh.

Marissa (Stage & trained in gymnastics) & Yorelis (Street & a club go-go dancer) - Hip Hop Christopher Scott - Marissa seems charger than Yorelis but both played off of each other well.

Megz (Street & has a shoe fetish... 300+ pairs) & Edson (Stage & is a cheerleader) - Contemporary - Talia Favia - Who knew Megz could look so smooth? Edson was the best partner she could have asked for in this routine. Amazing.

Which means Marissa and Asaf are gone. Let's face it, Asaf's days were numbered.
