Sarah is from Cambridge and is known as the bionic woman. She's had breast reduction, breast lift, buttock implants, several nose corrections and botox that she does herself. She's also had her lips injected, tummy tucks, fat transfers on her hands and her last face lift was a few years ago. She dropped out of school at 14 and began working at the Playboy Club at 16 so she could land an older rich man. Sarah's plan worked well until she was having an affair with a man who decided to use her as a punching bag. When the doctors did surgery it was to save her life not her looks. Since her looks were gone and she couldn't rely on them any longer she decided to go to nursing school. Soon she received prosthetic cheek bones and eye socket and has over 300 procedures thus far equaling to over $3,000,000. The doctors are immediately put off by the fact that she has given her 15 year old botox and her younger daughter gift certificates for future plastic surgery. Sarah immediately explains that the botox was for a condition her teenager suffers from as a professional dancer, not cosmetic. But the certificates are exactly what they are so redemption is minimal. Today she is looking for a face and hand lift however the doctors aren't interested in changing anything about her.

Tanya is 24 and has a reverse 4 pack. She has had to live with a constant reminder of the twin she could have had. At 4 years old she had stomach aches and was constantly diagnosed as having the flu but come to find out she had a tumor the size of a softball on her left ovary, which included hair and teeth. Unfortunately the doctors weren't concerned with the aesthetics of her scars and as she grew so did her scarring. During her consultation with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif she learns that it wasn't a twin, in fact it was a teratoma which is like a mini-you... just cells from her own chromosomal make-up. They are willing to do her surgery which involved suctioning her fat and removing her current scars and making her a new bellybutton, although she will have a new scar from hip to hip. Right before surgery Dr. Dubrow finds what looks like a mole and discloses to Tanya that it is her third nipple. She definitely wants it removed as well.

Denise just turned 50 and is looking to have her breasts and nose corrected. Currently her boobs are two different sizes and directions. She didn't have a problem with her breast size until she got into bikini dancing and realized bigger boobs got more money. She was 26 when she bought her first ones and then moved to Hollywood and worked as an oil wrestler at the Tropicana. That led to a job as a back up dancer for ZZ Top in the early 90's. Immediately after the tour she felt pain and saw sore opening with an implant poking through. It became infected and had to be removed, not to be replaced in over a year. Her new implants then shifted and haven't been corrected since. Her nose was broken playing volleyball but she chose to go to what is now called the "house of horrors". When she walked in they handed her pills and she woke up tied to a bed and the surgery completed. She threw up when saw the results. Denise hasn't had anyone say yes to corrective surgery yet. Until Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif. Dr. Dubrow plans to replace her saline implants with smaller silicon ones and adjust them while Dr. Nassif harvests rib bone for her nose while widening it to increase air flow.
