Dwight Eubanks from the Real Housewives of Atlanta and Married to Medicine is looking for a not the nose job. Once he got a little money he got his first nose job, then vanity took over and he considers his second nose job the biggest mistake of his life. Now he wants to fix his 30 year old problem and breathe out of his nose again. Just by looking at him Dr. Nassif can tell it's dysfunctional. For a successful surgery cartilage from his rib and ear was taken to add to his nose. When opened up completely Dr. Nassif finds no nasal septum, making it more difficult than originally thought. During the post-operative consultation Dwight's mother, Queen, faints into Dr. Nassif's arms from looking at the blood from the bandages. To celebrate his new nose, Dwight says good bye to his old nose... with a funeral. Yup. We gather here in boogers... but he looks so much better and he can breathe now!

Susan had liposuction on her stomach but it wasn't complete. The bottom half is flat and the top slopes. Her breasts started to develop around 13 years old and that began her humorous relationship using her chest. The 2,000 cc breasts have allowed her to travel the world and be on several television shows but her pride is a Guinness World Record for smashing melons with her melons. She's at the point in her career where she feels that if she fixes her stomach she'll be able to perform (with her breasts) even better. During the consultation they discover she had over aggressive liposuction so a tummy tuck would be the fix. But since her breasts are so large she wouldn't be able to heal. When Dr. Dubrow says that stage 1 would be to decrease her breasts, she refuses the surgeries. "Maybe in 15 years."

Connie has a bubble boob. Her implants are asymmetrical and she can rub the implant between her fingers when feeling her breasts. Her mother had a double mastectomy and tried to encourage her not to have the surgery but she felt that it was a necessity. When she realized there was an issue with the implant her mother was concerned about breast cancer given the family history. Even after all of her mammograms and tests, no one can tell her what the underlying cause of the bubble is. During surgery Dr. Dubrow will remove the saline implants, inspect her breasts for cancer then reconstruct from there. The "bubble" she could feel was the implant label... the implant was in upside down. Now he has to attach the leeches to her nipple so that he can make sure the blood flow to the nipple is good. But there's no sign of cancer!
