19 Kids and Counting: All About Jessa

It's 2 days until the wedding and this episode is all about Jessa. Instead of a bachelor/bachelorette party they invited their friends and family to come in a day early and have a football game. The team captains were Jim Bob and Ben... one wins the game and the other win's Jessa's heart. At the end of the game Jim Bob quickly exclaims, "Be fruitful and multiply,". Gross, Jim Bob.

Jessa was born Nov 4, 1992 as the 5th born child, 3rd daughter. Her family describes her as: full of energy, adventurous, fearless, strong willed, responsible and (politely calling her) bossy. She's the number one organizer to the family (she has done over 5,000 loads o flaundry since she ws 12 years old). Her assertiveness and opinionatedness makes her the perfect candidate to help Michelle with the Duggar kids' homeschooling. Jim Bob and Michelle decided to homeschool their children when the oldest, Josh, was only 8 months old. Michelle has graded over 36,000 tests, quizzes and worksheets over the past 20 years but Jessa's name is the one that's feared in the school area. The kids respect her as a teacher and leader. Since she does most of planning it was only natural that she was the one to initiate the family's move to Little Rock (three hours away) when Josie was born prematurely. After their experience with Arkansas Children's Hospital Jessa also organized a family flea market fundraiser, raising over $18,000 for the hospital. Good thing mom and pop are hoarders. And lucky for the family she has taught Jinger and Joanna her love for everything compartmentalized. They may not be completely helpless when she leaves.

Although the older girls love being together, Jinger and Jessa have been inseparable since Jinger was born (they were born 412 days apart). They pray, shop, work and travel together so it's predictable that Jinger would be having difficulty adjusting to the changes.
