I Wish I Had a Project Manager

Get out your tissues because the late Joan Rivers is back and she's advising Donald this week as a former winner. This week they are involved in Ivanka Trumps fashion and lifestyle brand. For the task they are to use a tiny mobile boutique to create a marketing even promoting Ivanka's shoe line, Power UP, sold at Nordstrom. Tacey Powers from Nordstrom will help judge the two teams.

Kenya volunteers as project manager for Team Infinity. She immediately goes old school Nordstrom and requests a chandelier and a baby grand piano. But she also comes up with the tag line, "Power Up Your Sole". Although Joan seemed slightly less impressed with this truck, Ivanka picks this team to win based on the creativity and thought behind the showing off the brand. Even though the thought didn't resonate with the millennial customer, Kenya takes home the $20,000 for her charity, the Detroit Public School System Foundation.

Shawn fails to step up as project manager so Vivvica reluctantly volunteers for Team Vortex. Their concept is an outdoor cafe and shoe truck, but it lacks cohesiveness. Vivvica sends three of her team members to shop for decor but them changes the theme and all is chaotic. Joan seems to appreciate the idea, however. Since Vortex didn't win, Vivvica brings Kate and Shawn back into the boardroom with her. After Vivvica accusing Shawn of being young and impressionable, it comes down to Shawn not taking the leadership role when she would have been the perfect candidate.

::SPOILER ALERT:: Shawn is fired. She simply missed her opportunity to shine.
