Willie has a new hobby and it's a new restaurant, Willie's Duck Diner. Since he's the boss, he gets to set the menu. The biggest item will be the Boss Hog, which is basically a bologna sandwich. The taste test involving Missy, Korie and Jessica goes well. The buttered toast, candied jalapenos and bologna appears to be the most amazing thing Korie and Jessica have had to eat... but they do look hungry. Missy isn't impressed and isn't even willing to try it. 2 out of three ain't bad, I guess. Other items on the menu will be The Godwin, The Martin and The Sloppy Assistant. Much to his brothers' dismay there are no sandwiches called The Jep or the Jase (even though Jep proclaimed wanting a flatbread named after him). Why isn't a duck sandwich the top menu item??

To help Willie, Jase nabbed prime advertising in the outhouse racing circuit in their area. For being such a big sponsor they get a free spot in the race. What could they win? Free food for a year from Willie's Duck Diner, of course.

Si and his GoPro helmet are back to practice steering this toilet on wheels, with Jase and Jep pushing it through the makeshift obstacle course. Without brakes Si calls it a no go and Jase is called in as backup. Oh, and they called it the "Turnip Green" because "it produces the greatest bowel movement". Mmmmm k.

With Mountain Man officiating, the Quack Pack loses to their arch nemesis, Phil McMil. Phil wins free food for a year from the diner. But Willie doesn't see it as a bad thing because of Phil's professed love of bologna. Maybe "frenemy" is a better description
