If you can believe it, the Zolciak-Biermann bunch has gotten larger! On the first episode of season three of Don't Be Tardy, Kim gave birth to her twins! 

Since the last time we saw Kim and her brood, a lot has changed. They've moved into their dream home, rehired Sweetie and found out they were having twins! Yes twins! That means that after giving birth to the adorable Kane and Kaia, Kim has two infants, two toddlers, and two teenagers! Whooaa! 

Kim went into labor and after a bit of drama, the twins were born. Immediately after the birth, a placenta specialist came in to prepare the organ for digestion. That's not weird right? I mean everyone is doing it? Well yes, but not quite the way Kim did it. First, instead of taking pills, the raw placenta was put in a blender and made like a fruit smoothie. Not so bad right? But then Kroy ate it with her! He tried to back out of the deal, but she wouldn't let him. Is that even safe? 

Like became even more hectic for the ZB family once the twins came home. Kim was trig to juggle breastfeeding two babies, and Kroy was left to care for the rest of the kids with the help of Sweetie and a nanny. As big as their dream home is, it's still too small for all their kids! Thank God they're looking into hiring more help!
