19 Kids and Counting: Duggars Reunited in DC

This week the Duggars are visiting their oldest, Josh, and his family in Washington D.C. near the holidays, and they're a day early... much to Anna's (Josh's wife) dismay. Instead of walking into the smell of a yummy holiday meal, the Duggars walk into a smoke-filled house and a pressured Anna. But she must be doing something right because not a single family member had a negative comment about her meal. Go Anna! Cooking for 25 people can't be easy.

While in DC, the girls are also recording their audio for their book 'Growing Up Duggar'. In total they have logged over 200 hours working on their book. While the girls are in the city, the boys decide to make a motivational video with an inspirational backstory for their parents.

Where are the small children during all of this? At a birthday party! The exception to this candy-filled shin-dig is that the four year olds are aunts and nieces. Jordyn (Michelle and Jim Bob's daughter) was born in December of 2008, Mackynzie (Josh and Anna's daughter) was born in October of 2009 and Josie (Michelle and Jim Bob's daughter... born at 25 weeks) was born in December of 2009 (less than a year apart from Jordyn). So all three children are 4 at the same time. Cause for celebration indeed. How does Michelle feel about adding another to their clan? "We would welcome another baby if God offers to give us another one. At the same time we're enjoying the ones we do have and enjoying our grand babies."

But a trip to snowy winter weather from a mild Arkansas isn't complete without ice skating. Except this was plastic skating. Yep, fake, plastic "ice" skates on a white plastic rink that looks like ice. Hmmm... interesting, D.C.
