Following last week's nightmarish trip to Vegas, Lisa is quite upset about the reports that have come trickling in on Vanderpump Rules. She starts off by going to the source of much of the drama, Jax, and has a one on one meeting with him. Understandably, she's concerned about the dynamics at Sur, since the entire staff seems to either be fighting with one another or sleeping together. He takes responsibility for his part in the drama at Vegas, but it's not over and done with yet.

It turns out Jax has moved on... with another employee at Sur, Laura-Leigh. She seems nice enough, but apparently, has had some issues in the past. When Stassi finds out, she is extremely upset and even tries to leave her shift early to avoid being around them. So it's okay that she moved right on to Frank, but Jax isn't allowed to have a rebound? Peter refuses to let Stassi leave early, which Kristen and Scheana seem to love (oh yeah, they're friends now) because for once, she's not calling all of the shots.

Kristen throws a party that everyone and their mom is invited to except Stassi and Laura-Leigh breaks out her cell phone to read nasty text messages from the queen bee. It's hard to tell if Kristen and Katie are actually friends with Laura-Leigh, or still harboring some resentment from the drink throwing incident in Vegas. Of course, they do have some allegiance to Jax but this seems like a fast friendship. Throw the fact that they suddenly love Scheana in there and I can't help but feel skeptical.

Not satisfied with her meeting with Jax, Lisa calls a staff meeting so that the air can be cleared. Not really seeing my random servers and bartenders have to be part of a meeting that has nothing to do with them but okay. An audience makes it more dramatic - and boy, does it. Kristen accuses Stassi of pulling Katie's hair and Lisa basically calls her a "ghetto bitch". Laura-Leigh takes the cake though, spazzing out over the text messages she received and launching into a tirade about how nobody has made her happy like Jax does. It's been five minutes, girl. Dial it back.

Scheana has her first live performance at The Roxy of a song that Stassi (accurately) described at Britney Spears-esque. The whole Sur group goes to support her, while Stassi is left in the back, alone, with no one to listen to her trash Scheana. After the performance, Stassi decides to head home but Scheana finds her outside, gives her a hug, and brings her back inside to enjoy the rest of the night. They toast, they pose for pictures, and it seems that, at least for the moment, hell has frozen over.
