Who can blame Danni for being worried about her impending one on one time with Jillian now that she's the sole member of the white team on The Biggest Loser? Before we get to the workouts with the trainers, though, the contestants head to the kitchen for some food and find that the cupboards are bare. They meet up with Alison at the grocery store and find out they'll get a budget of $10 per day, per person, to buy a week's worth of food. Considering the price of my grocery bill each week, I'm paying attention to see how they're going to do this! It's not just about what's healthy, but what's on sale too.

During the workout, it's not Danni that breaks down under the pressure, it's Alex on the blue team. She can't figure out why she's not putting up big numbers on the scale, and she's pissed. "Good!" says Bob. That's right, Alex. Get mad! That's when many Biggest Loser contestants do their best work. Jillian takes a softer approach with Danni this week - see? There was nothing to be afraid of! Well, at least until last chance workout.

This week's challenge comes with a prize to help people pay it forward, as the prize is 10 Planet Fitness memberships for people to give it to whomever they feel deserves and needs it. The winning team also gets a 2 pound advantage or a phone call home. Stakes are high! Teams have a fountain at the center of a pond that must be filled with coins that weigh 5 pounds each. As soon as it started, I thought Danni was at a huge disadvantage but she singlehandedly won it! She takes the 2 pound advantage, which should basically ensure her safety at the weigh in.

Before last chance workout gets underway, the blue team admits that they're worried because they haven't exercised with as much intensity as they should have. Well, if Bob wasn't motivated enough to kick their butts, that definitely pushed him over the edge. The numbers on the scale will be the real testament to whether or not they did everything they could. Here's how things went:

Red Team

Joe: -11

Francelina: -7

Jackson: -8

Lisa: -5

TOTAL: -31 (2.97%)

Blue Team

Gina: -9

Michael: -13

Jeff: -13

David: -10

Alex: -10

TOTAL: -55 (3.90%)

White Team

Danni: -9 + 2 lb advantage

TOTAL: -11 (4.95%)

What was the paranoia about, blue team? Thankfully, Danni and Jillian live to see another week in the house, while Dolvett's team heads to decide who is headed home.  It's a tough decision, but they decide that Lisa has the best chance to do well at home.  It's too bad, because she seemed like such a knowledgeable and helpful member of her team.  Will you miss Lisa?
