Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton on The Voice

This is where it gets real on The Voice. The Top 12 take the stage tonight and unlike other seasons, the bottom two singers in votes each week will be going no matter what team they are on. In previous seasons, the Final Four had to be a singer from each team, but not on Season 3. One team could be eliminated completely after the first two weeks!

Michaela Paige (Team Blake) - "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" by Pink
Since she was Blake's save, she wants to prove that he made the right choice and prove to America he made the right choice. I love this girl, but if you are going to take on a woman that many people are comparing you to then you must nail the performance and Michaela fell way short. Pink is amazing and this was just okay. Blake said his heart is pounding because it is so good and please vote for this girl.

Dez Duron (Team Christina) - "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" by Lauryn Hill
Dez will get far in this competition, but not because of his voice but because of his looks. He is very easy on the eyes, but there is nothing special about his voice. He is a decent singer, but he has no big wow moments and I like wow moments. Christina said how can you not love this guy. He is genuine and a sweetheart and there is a true star quality that he has.

Adriana Louise (Team Christina) - "Good Girl" by Carrie Underwood
She wants to be a pop star, so she takes on a country song? This is another one that has a good voice, but just bored me. She sounded like the original too much and it was nothing special. I wasn't blown away and this is the Top 12 and we are three singers in and I am bored tonight. Christina said it was playful and cute and you don't get it on the radio how hard it is to execute these songs live.

Cody Belew (Team Cee Lo) - "The Best" by Tina Turner
He always says he is a black woman on the inside, so this is his chance to show it on the outside. I am a huge fan of Cody and I think he did a great job with this performance. He worked the stage and he seems so comfortable on the stage and he is fun to watch. His personality makes you want to root for him to win. Cee Lo said he enjoys him as a friend and he is fabulous and free and he enjoys him.

Amanda Brown (Team Adam) - "Spectrum" by Florence and The Machine
I think Amanda is amazing, but I could not get past her moving her arms this whole performance. She was lifting them up, swimming and flying this whole performance and I was not a fan. She has a great voice, but this had moments that were great, but she has done way better and I was disappointed. Adam said it wasn't perfect, but he isn't perfect and no one is perfect. She epitomizes what this show is about and she has the power to deliver that vocal.

Bryan Keith (Team Adam) - "Back To Black" by Amy Winehouse
I have often said how I am not a fan of Bryan. Something about him does not appeal to me, but he won me over a little with this performance. I think this showed off his voice and vocals and it was a great song choice for him. Adam said you had that breakout thing and he is so happy and this was your day.

Cassadee Pope (Team Blake) - "Behind These Hazel Eyes" by Kelly Clarkson
She is a huge threat to win it all this season and this definitely solidified that case. A huge performance by her that was dead on. She is solid and the vocals were solid and she worked the stage so well. Blake said that, like Kelly Clarkson, she can sing anything and people love her including him.

Trevin Hunte (Team Cee Lo) - "When A Man Loves A Woman" by Percy Sledge
Another one you will see in the finals is Trevin. He has a tremendous voice and is so strong. He sang this song great, but I did not feel the emotion in it that I normally hear in his vocals. I am not knocking him in anyway, but I think he does so great because he sings with so much emotion. The coaches gave him a standing ovation though. Cee Lo said he is humbled by his voice and he encourages him in such a profound way and his talent is immense and a natural born champion.

Melanie Martinez (Team Adam) - "Cough Syrup" by Young The Giant
She won me over with her Blind Audition, but then has fallen short the past few weeks. This brought her back for me, as she sang this song so well. She showed off her vocals, which are so different and unique and I loved it. Adam said she has something that is all her own and she is spectacular and there is no one like her in the competition.

Nicholas David (Team Cee Lo) - "Power of Love" by Huey Lewis
I was shocked that America voted him through, but I was so happy. He has the soul and I think he is great. Nicholas brings a smile to my face. This was an amazing performance and he is so strong. You can tell he loves singing and it shines through when he is on stage. Cee Lo said he does what he does and it is from the heart and it is genuine.

Sylvia Yacoub (Team Christina) - "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion
She has a great voice, but how can you take on this song? Celine is a powerhouse and no one should take this song on. She has a good voice and hits some good notes, but Team Christina bores me again. Christina said it was a huge chance and she was nervous at the beginning, but she would be nervous to take on that song.

Terry McDermott (Team Blake) - "More Than A Feeling" by Boston
America saving Terry surprised me last week also, but I enjoy him. America is doing well with the voting. This is a great song choice for Terry and he hits some big notes. He shows that he is a rocker and rocks this song. Blake said he is one of those guys that is special and he stays true to who he is.
