"Whatever goes wrong, it's all Sonja's fault" - Aviva
Across the pond, Sonja was trying to juggle her girls vacation and her responsibilities at the same time. While she was still in London, she had to try and hash out the details for Aviva and Reed's anniversary party. Back in New York, Ramona and Aviva were doubtful of how much Sonja had done for the event, but she somehow managed to create a party despite the fact that she was out of the country during most of the planning.

"Anything you can do, I can do better"
The remainder of the trip was all fun and games, except for the extreme tension building between Carole and LuAnne. LuAnne's tendency to try to "one-up" her conversation opponent and interject herself into everything really annoyed Carole. Something tells me we'll see some drama develop later in the season about this.

Carole and Aviva got a chance to connect at the hair salon back home. Carole opened up to Aviva, telling her that her anniversary with Reed makes her reflect on her own short marriage and how she and Anthony didn't get to hit the 5 year mark because he died of cancer. It's a sad situation, and a good thing she has someone there to listen.

Even though Sonja seemed to have it all together, the party had its major quirks. Aviva fell down the stairs while all eyes were on her, no one could find the food, and the performer was terrible. So terrible that everyone in attendance thought they were being punked. Luckily, Reed saved the day with a sincere speech for Aviva and she followed up with an original poem and the presentation of his wedding band.

Ramona couldn't let the night go by without whining again about not receiving an invitation to London. She tried to take the wimp way out by forcing Heather to listen to her, calling her a liar and then walking away. She called her fake, but I think what bothers her is that Heather refused to pretend that she liked Ramona and instead told her about herself. LuAnne seemed to be excited that for once the Ramona drama didn't have to do with her. She had some great nicknames for Ramona, like "Singer stinger" and "Ramonacoaster". LOL

Next week some of the housewives head to Miami and Aviva tried to set Sonja up with her father! What?! Can't wait to see this craziness!
