This week, on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra paid Heather a visit following the mud run and is invited to a bowling party along with the rest of the girls and their significant others. Vicki and Gretchen back in the same room again? That seems like a recipe for disaster!
Brooks comes to town to have lunch with Vicki and talks about possibly moving to the OC. He brings her yet another card and one can only wonder where all of these are stored - in a filing cabinet? I don't know if it's just me but Vicki seems very cold to him, while he keeps trying to prove his love and commitment to her. Tamra has had some concerns about Brooks and perhaps we're starting to see why. He seems interested in what's happening to her assets post-divorce. Why is that important?
You gotta love Alexis: "It's nice to have the one day where it's all about work." One day?! Yeah, that must be tough. She talks up her interviewing and hosting skills but honestly, on camera with Fox 5, she's a bit of a hot mess. She can't remember the names of her guests, she stumbles over her questions, and talks over people. Jim seems quite jealous that she's starting to have her own life and basically tries to demand that she stay home. What he needs to do is get out of the 1950s. Women do work in 2012, buddy.
Gretchen continues to blame the fact that her voice is weak on her screaming match with Vicki at the bunko party. She visits a vocal coach with Slade in tow, who is totally rude and condescending during her appointment.
After fifteen years, Tamra decides that it's finally time to get her implants out and right before the surgery, Eddie seems disappointed that she's going au natural. Gretchen pays her a visit, which is a little surprising considering it took her five days to go see Gretchen after her nose job. Er, sinus surgery.
Were you, like me, feeling there was no way the ladies were getting out of the bowling party without at least SOME drama? You are correct! Gretchen brings her friend Sarah who drinks a few too many glasses of champagne and tries to confront Vicki. When Vicki lets her know that she's not having it with her, Sarah freaks out, chases her around the bowling alley, and keeps going on and on until her fiancé takes her home. Oof, please. Get her outta there. I gotta give some respect to Vicki and Gretchen for keeping it classy this time around. I've heard enough screaming from them for one lifetime.
