Being on The Challenge is hard enough. Being on The Challenge with your ex can be damn near difficult. Take Abram and Cara Maria for example. On the one hand, they're not together but on the other, it seems that Abram wants her back. She seems more interested in socializing with everyone else in the house instead of repairing her relationship with him.

A conversation about where their relationship is at because we have bigger problems. Dustin fell walking into the house from the pool and split his knee open. With five stitches in, he's not medically cleared to compete and he's sent home from the game. Considering Heather has no other exes, she is sent home as well and thus, we lose another team! I had a feeling those rookies could've gone far.

In this week's challenge, teams lay on boards suspended 25 feet above the water and answer trivia questions. If they're wrong, they're launched into the water. You'd be surprised how many of them can't spell... but it could just be the pressure of the situation! When they're launched, the best strategy is to tuck and roll but some of the girls freak out and just hit the water hard. Aneesa gushes blood from her mouth and is taken out of the game while Paula screams for someone to rescue her from the water. Rachel competes in the final round alone (while Aneesa gets medical treatment) against Paula and Dunbar but the couple ends up winning.

Leroy and Naomi gave another poor performance and are automatically headed to The Dome. After Paula and Dunbar parade around the house asking, "Why SHOULDN'T we vote you in?" to a number of teams, they finally settle on Emily and Ty. Well, this doesn't seem like a fair fight! Fortunately (for Naomi), this won't be a physical challenge in The Dome.

The two teams up for elimination have to make their way to a pole on the other side of the stadium but are held back by a giant rubber band. The further one person goes, the tougher it becomes on their teammate. Ty and Emily sprint at the word "go" and find themselves stuck just inches from the pole. Leroy lets Naomi get ahead of him but the resistance she feels from the band practically stops her dead in her tracks. After trying a few different methods, Ty and Emily finally grab onto the pole together and win the challenge.
