Tonight’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starts out with Taylor and Kyle going to visit Dana for lunch. Dana is in a super risqué “wedding dress” planning her wedding. It is obvious right off the bat that Dana only cares about how much everything is, when she asks about earrings and says she might hit her boyfriend up for them.  Once Dana sits down with the girls, she admits to them that her 18 month old can already read and speak Thai. Hmmm, okay…

Lisa is asked by Kim and Kyle’s manager Bette, to help host the coverage of the Royal Wedding on CNN. Lisa is open to it, and decides to help host.  Kyle, Mauricio, Lisa and Ken have dinner and Kyle fills Lisa in on Dana and her model/reader/writer/Thai speaker child, and then the subject turns to Taylor and how sensitive she is to Lisa’s digs. It is obvious that Lisa has an issue with Taylor and Kyle’s friendship. 

Taylor and Brandi are bonding over troubled marriages, as are Camille and Brandi. Meanwhile, Kim is having empty nest syndrome because all of her kids are out of the house, although the jury is still out on if she is popping tranquilizers or whatnot.  This is reinforced when she cancels on Adrienne for the barbeque she is hosting. 

Adrienne is hosting a barbeque for all of the women.  Of course, she and Paul are bickering up until the moment of the party, when Brandi shows up. The rest of the girls come and bring their kids for a pool party with a bounce house. Turns out that Brandi’s ex-husband was getting married that weekend and she is talking about how she doesn’t care…but she is talking about it.

Camille completely understands what Brandi is feeling and Brandi encourages her to begin dating and get back into it. Dana shows up in a pair of sunglasses that Kyle compliments. Dana says they were $25,000! Camille compliments her on them too, and she again tells her they were $25 grand. No one seems too receptive to her honesty of their price, thinking that is a bit outrageous and gauche.

Later, everyone is down on Taylor for not eating. Brandi calls it the divorce diet, but that spins out of control because Taylor isn’t actually getting a divorce at this point in the series. Camille is joking around about the errr….size of her ex’s business when the conversation turns and Kyle is super uncomfortable with the language Brandi is using.

At one point, Brandi says she feels like the girls think she is a “super slut”. This sort of comes out of left field and this looks like the beginnings of a feud in the group.  Adrienne says it best:  We all say stupid things, she just happened to say them a little sooner than the rest of us. There is even a point where Dana says her boyfriend travels all over, and Brandi says that he might have girls all over. Dana is insulted and Brandi apologizes.  

Everyone thinks that Lisa commenting on the Royal Wedding is questionable. Taylor thinks that the only thing they have in common is she is British and married. Adrienne was put off with the fact that Lisa brings her dog everywhere and lets it drink out of fine china. Either way, the show goes on and it seems like Lisa does well.
