Things pick up on Big Brother right after Cassi walked out of the house Thursday night. Shelly seemed beat up about it leading up to the eviction ceremony but wasn't sheddin' any tears when that golden key went around her neck. Sure, Jordan did what she thought she had to do but I don't think playing Brendon and Rachel's game is necessarily a good idea...
Hmm, where have I seen Rachel's HOH room before? Oh that's right, I saw it two weeks ago, only this time there are a few different pictures and her letter is from her sister. Immediately, Adam and Lawon begin scrambling to get on Brenchel's good side, though I have no idea what Lawon was talking about when he was asked about his strategy in the game. He and Kalia definitely define the term "floater" in the Big Brother house.
It's good news for the housemates, as this week's competition is for luxury and not to stay off of slop. The backyard is set up like a Hollywood premiere, complete with red carpet. A man emerges from behind a curtain... and no one recognizes him. Awkward. That's because he's just a regular guy whose name happens to be David Hasselhoff, from the new CBS show Same Name. I feel a promo coming on.
In this competition, items will be placed around the Big Brother yard and house, giving clues to the name of the celebrity. First, a pair of opera glasses and three bars of soap come out. SOMEHOW (and I really don't know how) Jordan put those together to come up with Baywatch and immediately guesses Hasselhoff. As a microphone and knight were shown, other guesses included: Keira Knighley, Michael Bolton, Michael Jackson, Ricky Martin, and John Stamos.
The real Hoff emerges from Kit (from Knight Rider) and declares Jordan the winner. She wins a screening of Same Name (yes, that's a prize) and a fancy feast up in the HOH room. Opting to pass on Rachel and Brendon, she chooses Jeff, Shelly, and Kalia to join her and that sends Rachel into a dark place.
While the four enjoy their party upstairs, Rachel and Brendon throw their own party - a pity part, fighting and crying and carrying on like teenagers. Dominic sees this as a golden opportunity to start pitting them against Jeff and Jordan and Daniele swoops in later on to continue to plant the seed.
Afterwards, Jeff approaches Brenchel to do some damage control but they're still contemplating putting them on the block. Ultimately, Brendon is smart and realizes that now is not the time. Besides, if you're going to turn on your alliance, and two of Big Brother's most beloved players, you might as well go all out and just backdoor them.
At the nomination ceremony, Adam and Dominic are the ones nominated for eviction. Since Dom made a deal with Brenchel though, Adam is the first target. If they win the POV, it's looking like Jeff and Jordan are in trouble.
Find out who wins the POV on Big Brother, Wednesday at 8/7c on CBS.
