Big Brother 12: Week 7 Nominations Recap

Tonight on Big Brother 12, Britney can't believe that she won HoH, knowing the game could take a major turn in her and Ragan's favor. Meanwhile, Brendon thinks this is the best case scenario because he couldn't win HoH and he has a deal with Britney. Cut to Britney and Ragan discussing if they can even be nice to Brendon in the Have Not room, so he's basically screwed.

On the other side of the house, Matt, Lane and Hayden are talking, catching up after the week. Lane and Hayden keep asking questions about Britney and Ragan, and Matt is suspicious that they don't trust him, as the Brigade slowly continues to crumble.

Britney finally gets to see her HoH room and we learn two things about her: 1) she used to be a pageant princess and 2) she has a fiancé. What? A fiancé? Who knew?

Enzo, sensing things are up with the Brigade, appeals to Matt and apologizes to him. Matt tells him he's fine, but confesses in the Diary Room that he wants Enzo out, because it's clear that he's just trying to suck up. He makes sure that Enzo isn't off anyone's radar by mentioning him to Britney when they're in the hammock, noting that Enzo has yet to be on the block.

Brendon goes back to talk to Britney to secure his position in the house, telling her that Matt and Ragan pushed for him to put her up rather than Matt. As if trying to pit her against her best friends wasn't enough (which was also failing miserably), he threatens her with his jury vote.

For the Have/Have Not competition, the contestants were divided into two teams: Brendon, Hayden and Enzo (the Lawmen) and Matt, Ragan and Lane (the Outlaws). Each set of three is given a shot each, two of which are fine and one of which is gross. The other team then has to guess after the others drink which one has the gross shot. After much back and forth, the Lawmen lose and Brendon, Hayden and Enzo end up on slop, broccoli and bean dip for the week.

Now that Hayden, Lane and Enzo have finally gotten together, they start to realize that Matt is playing both sides of the house and he easily has the votes on his side. No, really? These guys really are sharp, huh? Even better, they go up together to talk to Britney, pointing the target at her alliance-mate Matt. Their reason? Matt could win veto, whereas they couldn't. Even better: she can't get that they're in an alliance, so she pitches it to Matt about going up. He, however, isn't going for it at all.

Brendon, Enzo and Matt are all nervous about going up. Brendon is pretty sure he's going up (as is the rest of America), while Matt knows that his time might be limited thanks to the rest of the Brigade. Lucky for him, Britney has his back and she nominated Brendon and Enzo, making it clear that she wants Brendon to go home.
