Things get started on tonight's elimination episode of So You Think You Can Dance with a number choreographed by Dee Caspary. The three dancers that make it past tonight's vote will secure a spot in next week's finale. After some highlights are shown from National Dance Day, Janelle Monae performs a song off of her critically acclaimed album "The ArchAndroid".

The final four will perform their solos before finding out their results. Though I'm sure they're nervous to learn what America has decided, it must be nice to perform without the pressure of being judged.

This week, the dancers headed to the Gatorade Sports Science Institute to go through a series of tests that have only been performed on some of the world's best athletes. They also learn about the importance of staying hydrated and healthy. Twitch and Courtney also went through the tests and the people at Gatorade concluded that they are absolutely athletes - damn right, Gatorade!

The first two people moving on to the finale are... Lauren and Kent. Duh. AdeChike and Robert will have to wait until the end of the hour to find out which one of them will be joining Lauren and Kent and which one will be headed home at this crucial point in the competition.

First up, it's a performance from the amazing Desmond Richardson, a video from the premiere of "Step Up 3-D", and then, singing a song from the soundtrack of the movie, Flo Rida hits the stage.

At long last, we find out that the final dancer in the finale is... Robert. That means it's time to say goodbye to AdeChike - he had a good run.

Be sure to tune in when the Top 3 take the stage on So You Think You Can Dance, Wednesday night at 8/7c on Fox.
