Again, on this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey there is just not a lot of traction yet. The Danielle vs. the entire rest of the cast storyline is a little stale and no one has the patience for “dwellers”. So, here we go with tonight’s episode:

Teresa and Joe casually stroll off to the hospital, and are an hour late. After a 12 inch needle in the back for the epidural, Teresa pushes for 30 seconds and out pops Audriana, later looking 16 in her leopard beanie. 

Caroline’s son Christopher is still hashing out the strip club/car wash duo and the Manzo’s have called in their friend Rick who owns a car wash to give him some pointers. Rick wants Chris to come work at the wash on a Wednesday and Chris agrees. He then goes to Scores in New York and the GM lets him shadow for the day to see how to operate a nice proper gentleman’s club. Later, Chris manages the car wash and calls in several of his…errr….meatier girl friends to wear short shorts and flag down cars to bring in business for the car wash.  Maybe in New Jersey, the men like a little something to hang on to, because the girls are not models, which is admittedly refreshing, I suppose. 

Danielle deals with daughter Christine starting to settle into modeling, and also has lunch with some friends. Turns out an acquaintance has a baby daughter with cancer and they are doing a benefit at the Brownstone. They ask if Danielle will present the check and of course, Danielle is “hesitant” to go since the venue is owned by the Manzo family. You can’t help but think this is an act, since Danielle is obsessed stalker-style with the Manzo’s. She goes to her scary gangster friend Danny’s home and meets with him and John, another friend. They are all admittedly ex-felons and Danny agrees to accompany Danielle to the Brownstone.  Danielle gloats in the fact that she will be attending with Danny, the scary gangster of New Jersey. Next you know, there will be a horse head in Caroline’s bed.

Jacqueline is visiting with Ashley who apologizes but still doesn’t want Jacqueline’s guidance or help. She drinks some wine with her husband Chris and then they look in his safe, which is filled with an arsenal of guns and bullets. Note to self: Fine Chris Laurita when all hell breaks loose.

Dina calls a meeting with Jacqueline and Caroline and tells them that Zen Jen said that Dina should meet with Danielle. Of course, Caroline thinks this is all a load of crap. If Dina was privy to Danielle’s obsessive ranting about her family, maybe she would think the “skin me and wear me like last year’s Versace” comment was even more applicable this year?  Later, Dina visits leopard clad Teresa and Audriana in the hospital and is honored when Teresa asks her to be Audriana’s God Mother. 

Finally, Albert and Caroline are at home and he mentions to her that Danielle will be presenting the check for the charity event. Caroline, of course, is offended. Not sure why, except she much think that Danielle is trying to wedge herself into the family somehow. She makes a point of telling Albert that Danielle will hunt him down even though they have never met, since he has Caroline’s scent on him.

Next week looks to be more eventful, since the actual charity event goes down. But really, this is a CANCER benefit. One would hope it isn’t just a gratuitous way of getting all of the women in one place! Shame!
