Tonight, on The City, Whitney gets ready to put her look book together with help from Kelly Cutrone who is on hand at the photo shoot to ensure things go smoothly. Whitney's photographer is not only cute but seems interested in her as well. Erin, from Elle, is there as well, waiting for Olivia to arrive and interview Whitney for the website. Not surprisingly, Olivia fails to show up without any explanation.

Erin explains to Whitney that Olivia actually had nothing to do with getting her featured on Rue La La as an emerging designer. In fact, Olivia doesn't support the line at all. Whitney can barely contain her shock while Kelly explodes, telling her to destroy the little you-know-what. If Whit is gonna make it as a designer in New York City, one of the toughest places in the world, she's gonna have to stand up for herself and not let people screw her over!

Olivia has decided to interview her friend instead, who launched a line of jewelry featuring precious stones. You're probably asking what the big deal about that is and I have no answer for you. Besides that, Olivia is absolutely terrible on camera and it's clear that the only reason she even got the opportunity is because of who she is and what tv show she's on. Really though, she has no business having a microphone in her hand ever. It's so bad that the footage can't even be used on the site.

Side note: Roxy decided to give Zach, the photographer from last week's Jeremy Scott shoot, a chance and the two head out on a date. She carries on about her dog, though. Ohhhhh, she's one of THOSE girls. "Look at my little baby! Isn't he precious? He's so cuuuuuute."

Erin and Joe are pissed at Olivia, rightfully so, for blowing off Whitney. Erin tries to confront her and Olivia walks out. Then, Joe threatens to fire her if she doesn't make things right so she sets up a lunch with Whitney to fake apologize to her and keep her cushy little job at Elle. When they sit down, there's about two seconds of politeness before Whitney confronts her about blowing her off and refusing to support her line. Olivia immediately gets defensive (of course) and says she refuses to talk anymore and gets up to leave but not before Whit calls her an embarrassment. Nice! Tell her, girl!

The City airs Tuesdays at 10:30/9:30c on MTV.
