Tonight, on The Challenge: Fresh Meat 2, Sarah wastes no time in hooking up with her partner, Vinny. It's clearly a physical attraction since I can't imagine what these two would talk about. Carley and Evelyn get into a peanut butter, mayo, and other various condiments fight. Many of the guys seem turned on by it but the combination of food items on them is pretty nasty.

Theresa still can't decide who she wants to sleep with likes - Wes or Kenny. Again I say, this can only end badly.

 

Tonight's challenge is called: I'll Be There For You. At the bottom of a lake, 15 feet down, is a heavy chest which one team member must lift up and keep underwater. That chest can never touch the bottom of the lake again and the partners must switch off, making sure not to drop the chest.

 

Brandon immediately drops his chest and is out, followed by Luke, two seconds later. Feeling that she's just going to be thrown into Exile anyway, Jillian quits, which really pisses Pete off (understandably). Unable to hold his breath, Vinny lets down Sarah and they're out. Lack of communication causes Wes and Mandi and CJ and Sydney to only last a few seconds. The rest just basically follow suit and hardly anyone lasts long.

 

Landon and Carley and Kenny and Laurel both turn out impressive performances and make it to the final round. Since the rules state that both partners can't be above water at the same time, Kenny and Laurel are DQ'd, which means that Landon and Carley are the winners and are safe from Exile.

 

Wes immediately tries to get into Landon's head and convince him to put Sarah and Kenny into Exile against each other. Traditionally, Landon hasn't formed alliances but seeing how strategic this season is getting, he's rethinking his challenge methods.

 

The Wes/Kenny alliance has ended and it's their individual alliances against each other. Well that love fest didn't take long to end, did it?

 

Just like Wes wanted, Kenny and Lauren will face Sarah and Vinny in Exile. This challenge is called Weight For Me and they'll have to climb a mountain with weighted buckets on their shoulders. Of course, there will be puzzles along the way. I get it. The guys will be the brawn, while the girls will be the brains.  Kenny and Laurel rock their puzzles and carry their weight all the way to the finish line.

 

If I were Wes, I'd be afraid.  Very afraid...
