America's Best Dance Crew Season 5

This week on America’s Best Dance Crew, Usher personally gave each one of the crews a challenge to one of his songs.

Jungle Boogie found out they are guaranteed a spot into next week’s episode, but Blueprint Cru is in the bottom two for this week.

Jungle Boogie performed to “Love In This Club” while remaining smooth throughout their gliding. JC Chasez thought the routine was hot and cold. Omarion said it showed musicality and thought they did a great job. Lil Mama said they were clean and thought they worked really hard.

Poreotix and Hype 5-0 joined Jungle Boogie in the top three, leaving Saltare to join Blueprint Cru in the bottom two.

Poreotix had to bring the lyrics “take that and rewind it back” from the song “Yeah” to life. Lil Mama said they were silly and clever. JC Chasez said they took over the club and thought it was a really fun performance that showed their athleticism. Omarion thinks they have tremendous potential.

Hype 5-0 had to use sneakers with wheels while performing to “You Don’t Have to Call.” Omarion said they did a good job. Lil Mama thought they stepped up their choreography. However, JC Chasez thought the prop took away from their choreography a little.

The bottom two were up next to battle it out and help the judges determine who will stay and who will go.

Blueprint Cru performed to Usher’s new song “Daddy’s Home” and had to highlight someone in their crew with their hands. Omarion commends them on their dedication and thought they did well on the challenge. JC Chasez said they have a lot of heart and courage.

Saltare used fighting choreography while performing to “Caught Up.” Lil Mama said they turned it up this week. JC Chasez thinks they need to improve their dance moves when they don’t have the jump ropes out but said that once they pick up those ropes, they do what they do best.

It was a tough decision for the judges this week between two hard-working crews. When it came down to the final verdict, the judges chose Blueprint Cru to remain in the competition for America’s Best Dance Crew.
