We recently sat down with Robyn Kass from Kassting Inc, who is the Casting Director for CBS's Big Brother 12. Robyn has also cast other reality shows such as The Bachelor, High School Reunion, She's Got The Look and The Secret Millionaire coming soon on ABC. Robyn talks about some of the do's and don'ts when applying to casting calls and attending a open casting call.

-You must be 21+ in order to apply to Big Brother.

-When coming to an Open Casting Call, make sure you show us your style. Dress well and make sure to show us who you are.

-When making your video tape, show us your personality, don't just tell us who you are.

-When filling out the Big Brother 12 application make sure not use one word answers like "Yes" and "No". Take some time to fill in the answers and do your best to explain everything.
