Recently, we had the opportunity to speak with a RealityWanted.com member Candy Richards aka “Junk” from Vh1’s Real Chance of Love. Candy, who is currently living in Georgia has been very busy since the show doing magazine spreads, hosting parties and is now being cast in a movie.

Q. RealityWanted.com: So how did you end up getting on the show?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: I was single and something crazy popped into my head and I decided I wanted to be on the show. I watched the first season of the show and thought they were pretty cool so I decided to apply. I already had a profile on RealityWanted.com so I found the casting call on there and clicked the “Apply Now” button and my information was sent to the casting director working on the show. I also went to the local open casting call and later on received a call back from the casting director.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Wow! Pretty cool success story. So how was it when you went to the house and met all of the girls for the first time?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: I was really excited to go to Los Angeles and meeting the girls for the first time was pretty intense. I thought some of them were nice and others looked like men.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Were you able to make any friends while you were on the show?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: I made friends with several of the girls like “Classy”, “Hot Wings” and “Mamacita”.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Were there any girls you really did not get along with?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: I wanted to kill “Blonde Baller” and “Freckles”, I couldn’t stand them.

Q. RealityWanted.com: So what did you think about Real and Chance after you got to know them?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: The more time I spent with them the more lame they got to me. They were disrespectful, Immature and childish.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Wow, so you didn’t have a love connection?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: No. Even though I didn’t find love on the show I have guys chasing me now.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Is there anything you would change if you had to do it all over again?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: No. I am happy with the choices I made. I was portrayed to be the villain but that’s not me.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Do you have any casting tips for people looking to apply to reality shows?
A. Candy Richards, Real Chance of Love 2: You have to have a lot of personality. Make sure to set yourself apart, I did a rap and dance and tried to stand out. Give the casting directors what they want.
