Tonight, on The Fashion Show, many of the designers are hoping that the teams will be dissolved but no such luck for them.  For their Harper’s Bazaar challenge, they’ll have to repair four damaged areas on an outfit.  They’ll have 35 minutes to show off their sewing skills.  James-Paul’s team ends up winning the challenge, thanks in major part to the shoulder pad repair.  Lidia, who did the work, is named the winner and earns immunity.  The teams are asked to choose new leaders - Lidia, Daniella, and Reco step up to the plate.

For tonight’s elimination challenge, the teams must design outerwear for all four seasons.  The catch is that the coat must serve another purpose or have some added surprise.  Each group comes up with a cohesive theme for their look, like a jet setting girl or a look straight out of Aeon Flux.  With six hours remaining, Kelly and Isaac pay a visit to the studio to check in on the designers.  Daniella feels that Andrew stole her idea of having a raincoat that can lengthen if it rained out.  James-Paul has designed a coat that can turn into a sleeping bag and it appears that I’m not the only one that’s skeptical.  Reco shows off a bit in front of the judges, claiming that he checks in on each design his team is working on every ten minutes.

Some of the guests at tonight’s fashion show include fashion expert Bobbi Brown, designer Dana Duneier, and fashion publicist Judith Agist.  Daniella’s team hit’s the runway first and she steams when she realizes the judges are loving Andrew’s design.  She doesn’t need to whine so much because her design is very strong, too.  Lidia’s team is up next - did anyone catch that Merlin’s model was one of the girls from last season’s Make Me A Supermodel?  Reco’s team is last to go and Haven seems embarrassed by her work.  If I had to guess, I’d say Reco’s team might be in trouble, despite his strong design.

In panel, the judges have high praise for James-Paul and therefore, thanks in part to him, Lidia’s team is safe.  Daniella’s team is named the winning team (as they should be).  The judges are partial to her design as well as Andrew’s.  Instead of letting him have all the credit, she speaks up and tries to take credit for his coat.  Norma Kamali, tonight's guest judge, points out to Daniella that, often times, designers won't get the full credit for a garment that is constructed.  Good point.  Andrew is named the winner... and no credit is given to Daniella.

On to Reco's team, who is in the bottom this week (and it isn't the first time).  Marcus and Haven land in the bottom two.  Kelly tells Haven that an audience member called her coat a hairdresser's smock with Mickey Mouse ears.  Isaac appreciates Marcus's idea but doesn't feel he pulled it off at all.  After deliberating, the judges reveal that Marcus will be the one leaving the competition, calling him more of a dreamer than a designer.  Ouch.
