I made Brandees mud cake the other night,it was delish,pics will be up tomarrow. I made 1,000,000,000 spagetti Caserole and it was yummy to. Can you tell weight loss yet,Iv had some compliments. Im trying I really am. I really love my punching bag it helps with stress too. Enjoy the weekend Mike

Happy 4th of july

Late today. Swam in the pool with my grandkids, had a barbeque with ribs, steak, hot dogs,etc., roasted marshmellows, and watched fireworks. It was a full fun day. You are too funny.

Hey Mike! Thanks for the votes! And yeah, for the blog I try to post it the day after by the latest! This season has been pretty good, but there is too much cattiness and controversy right now, it's kind of hurting the show.

We have enjoyed so much freedom for so long that we are perhaps in danger of forgetting how much blood it cost to establish the Bill of Rights. Just a thought on this July 4th!

today is my birthday and the 16th is my heart transplant anniversary so now you know somebody with 2 bdays in July

I want to wish everyone a bless and safe 4th of July. I am saying prayers to all the families that had someone who died by the line of fire. I give thanks to all of America. Our home of the free and home of the brave. Mike I have been on free account always and I still get called on shows.
