My grand daughter Delanie (11) has been doing gymnastics for 6 years and is in competitions, the twins 6 have been doing it for 2 and love it. It is a great exercise. I think they will love it too.

Good morning. Salmon berries grow on the bushes here in southeast alaska. They are either orange or red berries that are sweet and juicy. I tried too make a pie out of some but there was too much water and juice from the berries. We usually make jams or freeze them with or without juice. I saw pictures of salmon berries on google.
