Acting/Talent Experience:
Actor, videographer, editor. Member of SAG-AFTRA since 1996. Litigant on Divorce Court; Guest appearance as blind date to Toni Braxton's mom; 5+ Yrs of acting workshops in Hollywood including 1) scene study 2) Improv 3) cold reading 4) commercial on camera 5) commercial intensive 6) Stanislavsky method 7) soap opera intensive. Cast as Gonzalo in The Tempest.

A major event in my life was:
After 24 years of marriage and raising 4 children I had never travelled internationally or gone anywhere exciting on vacation. But when I got divorced in 1990, I met my significant other and she started my traveling adventures in a big way. We have have been on many cruises, travelled to most of Europe and documented our adventures on video. I obtained professional video equipment and editing software and love to document our travels and social events with our crazy friends.

Obtaining my SAG-AFTRA membership.

Met my significant other at a house party and had sex with her in the hostess' bathroom.

The weirdest thing about me is:
I love to take on a character in restaurants and at parties and stay in character the whole time. I have a middle eastern character I do called "Amir" and I have fooled cab drivers, restaurant waiters, and others. People who know me are told to go along with my scam and they can't believe the scene I can create. See my videos on YouTube "Jay Hare".
My friends would say my best qualities are:
Sense of humor, likable, easy to talk with, friendly and open to people, good conversationalist and good listener as well. Ability to lead and supervise others without being an SOB. My ability to speak and motivate others - enforced by my background as a public speaker and trainer.

Impatient. My straight forward response to difficult people.

Miscellaneous Information:
Played trumpet for over 20 yrs but my lip is down now because I haven't played in quite awhile. Love music, Karaoke, etc. Love to travel especially in Europe. Crusing is one of my favorite styles of travel. Would love to have an apt in Paris and live there part of the year.
