About Me
Acting/Talent Experience:
My acting/talent experience includes being a health commentator on FOX and Friends, FOX, NBC Nightly News With Tom Brokaw, health expert guest NewsMax TV, as well as numerous local and national cable TV networks.
My radio experience includes both public as well as commercial radio, taking me to national syndication of my program commercially. My radio show won a Gracie Award for Outstanding Lifestyle Programming. Most recently I have been named health media editor for Talkers magazine.

A major event in my life was:
I took a solo hike from southern France, through the Pyrenees Mountains then from the east all to the way to the west of Spain to ring in my 50th birthday and broadcast my radio show from the "perfect venue" called Santiago de Compostella. Traversing the 543 miles taught me about the 3 Meetings of my life. It was in the silence that I really learned who I was. It was understanding why others in the world were put in my life, both good and bad and finally the purpose of it all.
