HOST WANTED - IN SEARCH OF STRANGE SPIRITUAL/RELIGIOUS
PHENOMENA

Picture Shack Entertainment is casting a male host(s) for a new television series investigating a
wide range of extreme spiritual beliefs and practices. This "host" will travel
to various locations all over America exploring interesting religion-oriented
phenomena and practices associated with spiritual belief. Subjects might
involve snake handling, speaking in tongues, sacred dirt, miracles, relics, and
apocalyptic cults, to name just a few.

This series will be experiential and spontaneous - our host
will travel to meet the individuals involved in the event, ritual, or practice,
and will take the viewers on an immersive journey into that particular
subculture.

We're looking for someone who is:

• 
  In his 30's or 40's

• 
  Comfortable in his own individuality but not
  over-confident, nor entrenched in his own beliefs.

• 
  Genuinely interested in what makes people tick, and
  curious about why they believe what they believe. He should be open-minded and respectful
  of others' beliefs - and not feel compelled to proselytize.

• 
  Intelligent but outgoing, friendly without being too
  "over the top." He should be thoughtful, and an adept and skillful interviewer
  - able to draw out a variety of individuals with a wide range of beliefs.
