Dealing with Extreme or Irrational Jealousy? Now Casting

Is your spouse, mate or friend extremely jealous?

Do they get
jealous for irrational reasons in your opinion?  A random smile from a
stranger, an attractive co-worker, a text from an old flame (that
doesn't have a chance of getting back with you!)

OR are YOU the
one with jealousy issues?  Did you act out in a jealous rage and
jeopardize a relationship that means the world to you?   Did you act
irrationally because you were jealous about something and regret it?
