Each episode follows a real-life family who tries to convince their adult child to come back home and take over the family business. First week, they learn the business from the ground up; second week, they take over to run it their way. By the end of the experience, they must make a decision as to whether or not they're ready to come back and KEEP IT IN THE FAMILY.
