Nationally Syndicated Health & Wellness show is looking for people who suffer from chronic back pain. Do you suffer from chronic back pain due to a major underlying disease that causes back pain? If you suffer from disc herniation, Sciatica, Spondylosis , Spinal disc degeneration/spinal stenosis, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteomyelitis , Spondylitis , Tumors/cancer or Shingles which has caused severe back pain, we want to hear from you ASAP!
