Ages 30 and up.
MUST be a result of a diagnosed medical condition like Essential Tremor, Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Wilson's disease, etc.
If asked, MUST be able to provide a Doctor’s Note asserting diagnosis.
