Casting women ages 40-60 years old that suffer for Type 2 diabetes. You must take long- acting insulin AND meal time insulin.
This is for a one day shoot in the NY/NJ area in mid September.
$700 for the day rate plus travel expenses.
* Please send photo and a video submission introducing yourself, your diabetes history and confirm you do take insulin.
This is for a medical company that would like REAL LIFE testimony for an on line ad.
