Do you have a secret? Are you finally ready to let it out to free your mind? A documentary series on Pivot TV called The Secret Life of Americans wants to help you. It doesn’t have to be a secret from everyone in you life, but there needs to be a solid reason as to why they haven’t told the people they are ready to reveal. The aim is to show individuals living everyday with secrets that are usually come with a stigma in hopes of bringing awareness to the larger issue.
Examples of secrets
I used to be in a cult/escaped a cult
I am a hoarder
I am a soccer mom with an addiction
I was a bully in HS and want to make amends
anyone with a secret
