A MAJOR CABLE NETWORK is seeking prospective patients to appear on a NEW Plastic Surgery Makeover Show!
Think you have body flaws standing in the way of your happiness or maybe even your partner's happiness? If you or someone you know is contemplating plastic surgery, in order to be happy and fit the more "perfect" mold… Whether it's to correct a botched surgery or just give you the curves you've always dreamed of, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
Both males and females wanted.
There are a few conditions to be considered for the show:
- You must be willing to have surgery within the next month.
- You must be comfortable with having your surgery and story featured on national television show.
If you are comfortable with the above guidelines please submit the following information to the email above:
- Name
- Age
- City/State
- Occupation
- Surgeries you are interested in having done
- One paragraph about why you need plastic surgery and how it's going to change your life
- Two or three photos
