We are looking for house flippers in LA or ORANGE COUNTY who have purchased a home in the $150k-$500k range with the intention of renovating and flipping for a profit or have purchased a home that is a major fixer upper as an investment. Couples/business partners/friends welcome! We're looking for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and do some of their own renovation work. Ideally, homes will not have already undergone significant renovations.
