Casting LA couples that have just rented or purchased

I am casting a new series on HGTV from the producers of 'House Hunters' called 'Rent or Buy'. We are looking for couples or duos (brother/sister, mother/daughter, boyfriend/boyfriend) that are just about to move into a new place or have JUST moved into a new place. We are looking for both renters and buyers. We also need sharp, charismatic, on-camera realtors/agents to talk about their respective cities and show these couples 2 rental options and 2 purchase options. 



For the sake of TV, one of the pair will have a more 'pro-rent' stance and the other 'pro-buy'. Based on the needs and wants of the clients, we will show them 4 options, one of which is going to be the one that is their new or future home. We will then circle back and get the 'ta-da; this is the property we chose and what we've don't with it!' shots.
