Are you getting unusually skinny because you’re afraid of swallowing? Are you terribly afraid of certain number combinations and shrink in fear every time you see them? Do you avoid going places for fear of being watched? Are you terrified of going underground but live in a big city and have no choice but to take the subway? Or maybe you have some other phobia that’s having serious affects on your life? If so MTV wants to hear from you.
