This is a breakdown for a paid NOVO NORDISK print ad, as well as a NOVO NORDISK Internet commercial.
We are casting for both adults and children. The adults must have TYPE 2 DIABETES and be currently taking a Novo Nordisk
insulin (or non-insulin) brand. They MUST BE ON ONE OF THESE MEDICATIONS to be eligible for this project!
If you submit on breakdown, please note which medication the patient is on.
The print ad is open to both union and non-union talent. The Internet commercial is open to non-union only.
Please also note union status.
PHOTO SHOOT: Day rate $400 +10%, 3 year usage $3000 + 10%
INTERNET: Day rate $400+10%, usage $800+10% 1 year
