Do you use an inhaler or oxygen for your COPD symptoms? We are looking for patients 55-70 to appear in an industrial video about COPD and it's effects on your life. We are also looking for COPD patient who is willing to be re-interviewed on camera at their home for the next few months as a follow up to this video.
Rate is $100 for 1 hour shoot and $500-$750 for follow up video
