For participation in a documentary film
Lovelorn In New York - a thoughtful documentary film about heartbreak featuring real people in New York discussing real situations.
The director is internationally renowned filmmaker Christian Frei, previously nominated for an Academy Award for WAR PHOTOGRAPHER. The goal is to present sympathetic portrayals of people in extreme heartbreak. We hope sharing the stories will help the participants and will help people in the audience who felt like the were the only ones.
We are looking for men who are obsessed with their exes who are willing to share their stories. Because of the sensitive nature of these situations, it is possible to participate simply by having an anonymous, confidential conversation with us. Some men may be asked to journal, and some men may be asked to appear on camera. But if you want, the participation can remain absolutely CONFIDENTIAL and ANOYNYMOUS.
NOTE: We are accepting submissions from participants in the NY and NJ area only.
