Producers are searching for ALL types of interesting and unique small businesses across the US: from the tire company to the trucking company, from the manufacturer to the mortuary. Each episode will showcase a new small business and feature the employees who are responsible for its success.
The ideal small business for this show is successful, is expanding its workforce, has multiple departments and employs a lively group of characters.
