Does it put pressure on your relationships, as well as theirs? Do they have an excuse why they can’t leave? Why do you let them stay? Do you think you are enabling them or just helping them out until they can land on their feet? Are you embarrassed by their unwillingness to grow up? What will it take for you to consider them a grown up?
