Are you interested in getting a lip tattoo on Spike TV! Here are a few details!
You must be available June 27th for the filming that will take place in the NY/NJ area.
You will have a say in the process and you will be able to work with the artists to decipher the design!
Please confirm the details above and send me a picture of yourself smiling, as well as one with your tongue & lip sticking out.
Please indicate whether you would be willing to get a tongue tat, lip tat, or up for either - only one of these options will be chosen!
