Every parent thinks their child is the cutest kid in the world�but in your case, is it true?! Those chubby cheeks, that adorable smile, big eyes...do they make hearts melt? We're looking for children so cute they should be on a billboard (and it they win, they just might). If you think you have the cutest kid in America, and he or she is 12 years old or younger, we want to hear from you, this is your chance.
