Do you know a “Cool Mom” who acts more like her kids’ best friend than their parent???

Are you a ‘cool mom’ who borrows your teen daughter’s clothes? 

Do you spend more time hanging out with your kids than disciplining them?

Do your friends, spouse or even your own children ever tell you to stop trying to be cool and be more of a parent?

Do you have girl talk with your daughter and her friends?  Do you talk with them about boys and sex and partying?

Do you make sure your teenagers have condoms to make sure they’re protected because you know kids will be kids?

Do you let your teenagers set their own curfew?

Are you okay with your kids partying as long as they are at home or in a safe environment and don’t drive?

Do you always want to have fun and play with your kids rather than making them do chores and homework?  Do you feel that will make your kids like you better and see your time together as fun and positive rather than see you as a nagging parent?
