Are you pregnant and addicted to narcotics, alcohol or prescription pills? Is your and your child's life in danger because of your addiction? Do you desire to end your addiction but cannot do it alone?
Has your family and friends tried to help save you from your addiction but failed? Have you lost friends, family, and time because of your struggle? Has this addiction lead you to other addictions?
Are you fearful that you will have a child withdrawing from drugs because of your addiction?
If you appear to be between the ages of 18 and 26 and identify with any of the above, MTV wants to hear your story! Please be sure to include your name, location, telephone number, and a recent photo.
