Are you terrified of the dark? Do you ever experience excessive sweating or even nausea when in the dark? Does even thinking about nighttime cause you to become breathless or worse, have a panic attack?
Can you not sleep at night because you are so afraid of what might happen in the night? Do you friends give you a hard time, saying that you’re “too old” to be afraid of the dark?
